The video was not clear but he appeared to be engaged with a blocker and had his elbow hyper-extended on the play. Garrett went into the medical tent and came out with a bulky brace/tape and we would expect it to be a brace that prevents the hyperextension of the elbow and should be able to return and be effective against the Ravens.
