Najee Harris Leaves Game After Taking Elbow To Head, Returns After Passing Concussion Check

Rookie Steelers running back Najee Harris left the game in the fourth quarter after taking an elbow to his head on a tackle. By video, Harris was airborne when he was hit by Chargers linebacker Kyzir White. No flag was thrown on the play. Harris exited the game and was checked out in the tent, then taken to the locker room. He is presumably being checked for a concussion and we don't expect him to return to the game. Benny Snell will take over the running back duties.

Update

Harris returned to the game with about two minutes remaining. He reportedly checked the concussion test and was cleared to return.
