Rookie Steelers running back Najee Harris suffered a right elbow injury early in the Week 18 matchup against the Ravens.
By video, Harris suffered a right elbow hyperextension/subluxation on a tackle one minute into the game.
He left the game and had his elbow examined on the sideline.
The rookie is likely to try and return with an elbow brace because the Steelers' playoff hopes are still alive.
If Harris can't return, Benny Snell Jr. and Kalen Ballage would handle the duties in the running game.
Update
Harris returned to the game in the third quarter and finished the game. He will be ready to play in the Wildcard Round if the Steelers make it.
