The Eagles' No. 2 wideout gets a favorable matchup against replacement No. 2 cornerback Fabian Moreau. Starting No. 2 corner Aaron Robinson is on IR with a knee injury, leaving Moreau to fill in.
Moreau, a third-round pick out of UCLA, has a 53.8 overall PFF grade and a 53.6 coverage grade. He has also allowed a 107 passer rating on 75 targets this season with 11.7 yards per reception.
Devonta Smith had 7 catches on 8 targets last time against the Giants for 67 yards and should be able to eclipse that total in this matchup. No. 1 cornerback Adoree' Jackson is back for New York and played a key role in limiting Justin Jackson last week. That could mean Philadelphia targets the No. 2 wideout rather than No. 1 target A.J. Brown.
San Francisco's second receiver has been on fire in recent weeks, averaging 78.5 yards on 5.3 catches over the last four games.
The Cowboys are down No. 2 and No. 3 cornerbacks Anthony Brown and Jourdan Lewis, plus strong safety Jayron Kearse is questionable for the contest with a mild left knee MCL sprain.
With those combination of injuries, Aiyuk should find plenty of room in the secondary against Dallas.
Wide receiver Juju Smith-Schuster will play his first playoff game with the Chiefs without speedster teammate Mecole Hardman.
Smith-Schuster posted a monstrous 13 catches for 157 yards and one touchdown in the 2020 playoffs, his best of three such contests.
Since cornerback Shaquill Griffin suffered a back injury in Week 6, the aggressive Jaguars' pass defense is No. 28 in the NFL and has allowed 17 touchdowns.
When these teams played in Week 10, the 26-year-old suffered his third career concussion in the second quarter and Mahomes finished with 331 yards and four touchdowns to four different receivers.
