Nick Chubb Officially Activated Off IR

Its official as we expected, star Browns running back Nick Chubb has been activated off IR and placed on the 53 man roster meaning he will play Week 10. It has been six weeks since his MCL sprain and we expect him to be effective in his return against a poor Texans run defense.
