Foles clavicle fracture will require surgery Monday. Are initial impressions now confirm and indeed surgery is needed. Actually surgery is good news as it can lead to an earlier return. Given that its his non-throwing shoulder and depending on the fixation with plate, screws Foles could return in approximately 6 weeks.
