Update 10/7/2024: After leaving Sunday's game and being ruled out with a re-aggravation of his hamstring injury, the Texans have now changed Nico Collins' injury designation from “day to day” to “week to week”. Pro Football Doc does not believe he will play this week, watch the latest in this week's Pro Football Doc Podcast.
By video on a long touchdown score late in the first quarter, the Texans top wide receiver Nico Collins suffered a re-aggravation of the hamstring injury that he came into the game with.
He is officially listed as questionable to return but we are leaning towards him sitting out the remainder of the Week 5 game against the Bills.
Given he could not play through the injury today, he may miss some time going forward to allow a full recovery.
Stay tuned for more updates from Pro Football Doc on Nico Collins.
