Odell Beckham Jr. was a full participant in practice Friday and will make his return against the Bears. The 28-year-old practiced fully all week for the first time since he tore the ACL in his left knee in late October last year. He was inactive in Week 1 and 2, but enters Week 3 with no injury designation. Although Beckham is still not 100% recovered from his knee injury, he will suit up because of the loss of fellow wide receiver Jarvis Landry to an MCL sprain. Beckham acknowledged that he declined to play Week 1 because he did not want to take up a roster spot if he couldn't finish the game. The other Browns receivers are Donovan Peoples-Jones, Rashard Higgins and Anthony Schwartz. The team is also using running back turned receiver Demetric Felton as the slot receiver.
