The stud Browns wideout has been targeted four times in the first half. On his fourth target, Beckham Jr. lands hard on the outside of his right shoulder. He came into the game with a Grade 3 AC joint separation. This is the most severe form of AC joint sprain and the LSU alum likely needed an injection in order to even play. Beckham Jr. looked mobile and free however he landed again on the right shoulder, and may indeed have aggravated the AC joint. At this point, the smart play would be to hold him out of playing the second half.
