Reinforcements are finally arriving for San Francisco, and it's looking like Raheem Mostert, Jeff Wilson Jr. and Deebo Samuel could all possibly return this week. They do have XFL speedster Austin Walker waiting in the wings, but Kyle Shanahan will be glad to have most of his stable back in action. Deebo Samuel carries no injury tag after recovering from a hamstring issue, though they will have to be careful with him as he could re-injure his hamstring at any time. Tight end Jordan Reed is questionable with an illness, and given their away game, he loses a day in his recovery period. Without him or George Kittle, they will be hard pressed to generate offense from the position. It is likely that Nick Mullens will start with CJ Beathard as his back-up and they've signed Josh Johnson to the practice squad after the journeyman's dominant XFL performance in the spring.
