Rhamondre Stevenson Injury: Pats RB Sprains Ankle, Unlikely to Play vs. Raiders

The Patriots ruled Rhamondre Stevenson and DeVante Parker questionable to return with injuries they picked up in the first quarter.

By video, Stevenson appeared to suffer a mild left high-ankle sprain and turf toe when his ankle was trapped and his big toe was jammed on a three-yard rush.

The second-year running back is unlikely to play next week against the Raiders, according to the Pro Football Docs.

Stevenson missed one drive and returned with 9:29 left in the second quarter to make two receptions for two yards before he was ruled out for the game at halftime.

Rookie sixth-round running back Kevin Harris – who fell in the draft because of injury concerns, including a 2021 back surgery – rushed three times for 32 yards and a touchdown in his first drive.

Wide receiver DeVante Parker exhibited outward signs of a traumatic brain injury after a big hit and is unlikely to return.

Rookie cornerback Jack Jones also left in the first quarter and was ruled questionable with a knee sprain.
