Raiders third-string running back Peyton Barber left the Monday night game in the first quarter with a foot injury. With starter Josh Jacobs back, Barber's only involvement was a 25-yard kickoff return. He left after being tackled on that play and was ruled questionable to return. We didn't see much on video and there was only one angle available. Jacobs is starting after missing two games with an ankle injury he suffered Week 1. ESPN mentioned on the broadcast that Jacobs said he wasn't feeling as great on his ankle as he was earlier in the week. The Raiders starting running back said the turf might be a factor, but he was unsure. If the Raiders starting back can't go, they would be down to just Kenyan Drake.
Update
Peyton Barber returned to the game in the third quarter.
