The Jets backup quarterback suffered a horrific looking season-ending ankle dislocation type injury with torn ligaments and surgery. Thankfully there was no fracture but there will undoubtedly be some stiffness in the ankle but otherwise it should not affect his ability to obtain a backup quarterback role this offseason.
