Quintez Cephus, the Lions No. 2 wide receiver, left the game against the Vikings with a left shoulder injury. By video, Cephus likely suffered an AC joint sprain when a Vikings defender landed hard on him while making a tackle late in the second quarter. Cephus is questionable to return, but has a better chance to return if he gets an injection to numb the pain.
Update
Cephus has been ruled out with a shoulder injury.
