Quinton Spain Suffers Right Ankle Injury, Unlikely To Return

Bengals left guard Quinton Spain left the Chiefs game in the second quarter with a right ankle injury and is unlikely to return.

By video, Spain was pass blocking when quarterback Joe Burrow rolled into his right leg.

He left the field on a cart after not being able to walk off.

We have significant worry for a high ankle sprain, which will likely keep him out the rest of the regular season.

Trey Hill will likely fill in at left guard.

Update

Spain was ruled out with an ankle injury, suggesting he is dealing with a high ankle sprain. He is likely out next week as well.
