San Francisco 49ers running back Raheem Mostert exited the game in the first quarter after consecutive runs. Reports say he is dealing with a knee injury. By video, we didn't see any specific injury mechanism, but he did come into the game with chronic knee issues.
UPDATE
Head Coach Kyle Shanahan said after the game that Mostert is slated for an MRI tonight and the training staff told him they don't believe it is an ACL injury.
