Almost the entire Raiders' starting defense is going on the COVID-19 reserve list, after being deemed “high-risk close contacts” to a positive case. In the beginning of the week, defensive members Clelin Ferrell and Lamarcus Joyner were placed on the list. Ferrell tested positive and Joyner was deemed a “close-contact“ to someone who tested positive. Today, at least eight defensive starters are on the COVID list. The Raiders have already dealt with COVID issues this season, from fines and players testing positive like Trent Brown. The Raiders will play Kansas City on Sunday and for these players to be active they must continue to test negative. The players are S Johnathan Abram, DT Maliek Collins, DT Johnathan Hankins, CB Isaiah Johnson, DE Arden Key and DT Kendal Vickers.
