Los Angeles starting free safety Taylor Rapp and veteran left tackle Andrew Whitworth have been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Buccaneers.
Rapp will miss his second straight contest while recovering from a concussion, while Whitworth is missing because of a knee injury he suffered in the win over the Cardinals last Monday.
The Rams are already thin at safety, with strong safety Jordan Fuller out for the playoffs with an ankle injury.
The team signed 37-year-old Eric Weddle to provide depth at strong safety, where Nick Scott will start in Fuller's place.
Second-year pro Terrell Burgess will likely get the start at free safety. He finished with five tackles against Arizona last Monday.
Joe Noteboom, a 26-year-old backup tackle, will likely start for Whitworth and matchup against veteran edge rusher Jason Pierre-Paul.
