Rams Get Three Starters Back at Practice Wednesday

Jalen Ramsey, Andrew Whitworth and Cam Akers all participated in Wednesday's walkthrough/practice ahead of Super Bowl LVI.

Ramsey missed practice Friday with a shoulder issue and Whitworth also did not practice with a quad ailment. They were both listed as "full practice" in Wednesday's estimated practice report.

Akers was listed as "limited practice." He did not practice last week with a shoulder injury he suffered against the 49ers.

Tight end Tyler Higbee and back up left tackle Joe Noteboom were the only Rams who were listed as "did not practice."

ProFootballDoc, Dr. David Chao, still projects that Higbee will active despite the MCL sprain he suffered in the NFC Championship. However, Higbee will have limited mobility and third-year tight end Kendall Blanton will likely see some of his targets instead.

For the Bengals, tight end C.J. Uzomah has also not practiced since suffering an MCL sprain in the AFC Championship.

Uzomah has declared he will play despite not practicing. He even threw his knee brace and took a lap, with a noticeable limp, to high five Bengals fans at the fan rally last week.

Other than Uzomah, rookie right guard Jackson Carman is the only other injury concern. Carman missed Friday's practice with a back issue, but was listed as "limited practice" Wednesday.

He played 51% of the offense's snaps in the win over the Chiefs, but Hakeem Adeniji started and finished the game.
