Penny left with a non-contact left knee injury and has been ruled out of the game. By video, the fear is a left knee ACL tear. We hope the video lies, as there were not multiple angles but what was seen by video is quite concerning. It seems his season is over and he'll need surgery. Given the late-season injury, there will be a tight timeline for him to be ready for the 2020 NFL season. Head coach Pete Carroll confirmed a significant ACL sprain which confirms our fears.
