Ravens Free Safety DeShon Elliott Suffers Torn Pectoral Tendon, Out For Season

DeShon Elliott, the Ravens starting free safety, reportedly suffered a torn pectoral tendon and will miss the rest of the season. After the game, head coach John Harbaugh delivered the news of Elliott's injury. Upon review of the game footage, Elliott appeared to suffer the injury on Vikings fullback C.J. Ham's incredible catch. The Ravens free safety attempted to hook Ham as he ran by, then favored his right arm and didn't use it when he tackled Ham. Brandon Stephens will assume the free safety role for the rest of the season.
