Ravens vs. Patriots Week 3 Injury Report

Baltimore Ravens, 1-1, SIC score 77.8

Lamar Jackson has been dominant as the leading force of a top-6 scoring offense through two games despite a litany of injuries all around the depth chart, some a carry-over from 2021 and some from this season.

The former MVP is reportedly dealing with a right elbow issue and was seen with a compression sleeve on Wednesday, but the Docs believe Jackson suffered a contusion and will have no issues with an SIC score of 94.

Ronnie Stanley, listed as doubtful, has yet to play since Week 1 of last season and his backup, Ju'Wuan James, is out for the season with a ruptured Achilles tendon, leaving Baltimore with swingman lineman Patrick Mekari at left tackle.

J.K. Dobbins is inching closer and closer to a return from his multi-ligament knee injury, but will be limited when he does and has an SIC score of 63, which has already risen from his Week 1 score of 53.

Baltimore's rushing offense – which has a 67.5 SIC score – has struggled while the new-look passing game, featuring Rashod Bateman and Devin Duvernay, has produced six touchdowns – including a 55-yarder and a 75-yarder by Bateman – and a 120.1 rating.

Veteran outside linebacker Steven Means suffered a torn Achilles and is out for the season. The 32-year-old is the fourth Ravens' OLB to miss a significant portion of the 2022 season with an Achilles injury, joining Tyus Bowser, rookie David Ojabo, and veteran Vince Beigel.

Cornerback Marcus Peters, who has an SIC score of 63, struggled in his return from a torn ACL as expected, but will face an easier matchup this week.

New England Patriots, 1-1, SIC score 90.6

After suffering through back spasms in Week 1, quarterback Mac Jones started in last week's 17-14 win over the Steelers featuring an impressive 44-yard touchdown catch by Nelson Agholor.

Wideout Jakobi Meyers, who leads the team with 19 targets, 13 receptions, and 150 yards, is questionable with a knee injury after missing two days participating in a limited fashion on Friday.

Facing Lamar Jackson in Week 3, the Pats have a team SIC score of 90.1 with their biggest questions in the secondary: strong safeties Kyle Dugger, Adrian Phillips, and Cody Davis and cornerback Jalen Mills are each questionable after logging limited practices on Friday.

The team is reportedly expected to turn to Jabrill Peppers, who suffered a torn ACL last October 24, if Dugger and/or Phillips are unable to go.

Starting linebacker Raekwon McMillan was reportedly wearing a cast on his right arm to protect a thumb injury and is also questionable.

Several Patriots left last weekend's game, but the Steelers' anemic offense was unable to take advantage of the losses.
