Rex Burkhead may have torn his ACL and MCL tear by video. Official reports and MRI results are yet to come in, but his season is effectively over and it will be an uphill climb for him to be ready by Week 1 of the 2021 season. The Patriots recently elevated Sony Michel from injured reserve, and this backfield will have reinforcements but they will indeed miss this versatile weapon in their offense.
