The 49ers star cornerback was back to practicing in full after missing last Sunday against the Falcons with a hamstring injury. The cornerback has no injury designation going into Saturday and should be effective in defending the Rams receiving core. Although Sherman is a go, the 49ers are still hampered on defense as defensive end Dee Ford, safety Jaquiski Tartt and defensive tackle Julian Taylor are all inactive.
