Buccaneers running back Ronald Jones II has not cleared COVID-19 protocols in time, and will miss his second straight game. Fortunately for Tampa Bay, they have Leonard Fournette waiting in the wings. He rushed for 49 yards and two scores last week, and is in line to take over again a poor Lions rush defense.
