Ryan Finley to Start Over Brandon Allen Week 15

Brandon Allen (knee) missed his third-straight practice on Saturday morning which promoted the Bengals to rule him out. Second year QB Ryan Finley will be the new starter on Monday against Pittsburgh, and will hope to ingratiate himself to the organization heading into the offseason.
