Grant Delpit suffered a ankle sprain in 2019 but played through the sprain. In 2018, the Bayou boy experienced a clavicle fracture which subsequently led to surgery and this injury seemed to affect the way he tackled when he first returned to the field. These two injuries should be in the rearview suggesting his draft status will not be affected going into Thursday. The rangy defensive back could be the first safety taken as he made almost 200 tackles in just 3 years at LSU.
