The Saints were already going to miss Michael Thomas this week, and now Emmanuel Sanders has tested positive for COVID-19. Useful wideout Bennie Fowler was recently placed on injured reserve due to a shoulder issue that needed surgery. This leaves Tre'Quan Smith as the one remaining starter at receiver, and his targets should jump along with Jared Cook's at tight end spot. Luckily, this offense has found ways to get it done without their top wideout in recent weeks, as Alvin Kamara is the team's leading receiver going into Week 7.
