Saints Without Key Offensive Pieces, Bills Defense Mostly Intact

Injury Advantage: Bills Defense vs. Saints Offense

Last week, the Saints registered the lowest team offensive SIC health score of the season. This week, their team offensive total is even lower. Running backs Alvin Kamara and Mark Ingram II may both miss the Thanksgiving contest, leaving Tony Jones Jr. to start.

New Orleans also lost Adam Trautman to a left knee MCL sprain he suffered last week. Nick Vannett and utility man Taysom Hill will fill in at tight end.

Right tackle Ryan Ramczyk will likely miss his second straight game with a knee injury, but left tackle Terron Armstead has a solid chance to return from his knee and shoulder issues. Left guard Andrus Peat is out for the year with a pectoral tendon tear.

Starting quarterback Jameis Winston is on IR with a torn ACL and Trevor Siemian has been lackluster filling in. The Saints are 28th in the league for passing yards.

The Bills will get key run-stopping line backer Tremaine Edmunds back after he missed two weeks with a hamstring strain. However, key right defensive tackle Star Lotuleilei is on the COVID reserve list and will miss the game.
