Last Sunday, Sam Darnold took a hit and landed on his right shoulder which reactivated his AC joint sprain. Darnold initially suffered this injury in the Week 4 matchup against Denver. He finished the Week 4 game and finished the game last week as well. However, both times after the injury Darnold wasn’t able to practice without a pain killing injection, and the team held him out until he could play without an injection. There is a chance Darnold will miss week 10 as well and the Jets are seemingly getting closer to 0-16.
