Starting free safety Quandre Diggs was ejected for a helmet-to-helmet hit in the Sunday premiere matchup against the Patriots. Afterwards, his replacement Marquise Blair went down after getting hit with friendly fire via KJ Wright on a late hit. By video, he suffers a gruesome right knee injury and will not return. Hopefully the ACL was spared but Blair likely suffered damage to his MCL. With Diggs and Blair out, the Seahawks will have to rely on reserve defensive backs Lano Hill and Ugo Amadi for the rest of the night.
