49ers have already lost Jerick Mckinnon for the year and now Tevin Coleman is out for several weeks. The 49ers will rely on Matt Breida who has had his share of previous injuries but always plays through. Nick Bosa appeared to re-aggravate the left high ankle sprain on the last play of the game but appears willing to continue to play at less than 100%. He managed a sack last week and might still be able to feast in this matchup. The Bengals struggles continue on the offensive side with line issues. Joe Mixon did not practice Wednesday, Thursday but managed to be limited in practice on Friday. By video, the low ankle sprain seemed minor and he still has a chance to play
