Adams removed himself from the Sunday night game versus the Cowboys late with a groin issue, and was seen standing in pain on the sidelines after. Head coach Pete Carroll downplayed it as a relatively minor with Adams being day-to-day. A groin issue for a member of the secondary that needs to cover sideline-to-sideline, moving laterally as well as downhill is a tough task, as his range of motion will be limited until the issue goes away. Seattle is now without two valuable safeties with Marquise Blair on IR, and they will have to rely on Quandre Diggs and Ugo Amadi.
