Steelers Nose Tackle Isaiah Buggs Leaves Game With Groin Strain, Pittsburgh Down To Third-String NT

Isaiah Buggs, the Steelers second-string nose tackle, left the game at the end of the third quarter with a strained right groin. By video, Buggs jogs to the sideline limping after a 14-yard run with a minute and a half remaining in the third quarter. Buggs was filling in for starting nose tackle Tyson Alualu, who suffered a broken ankle Week 2 and is out for the season. We doubt Buggs returns to the game. Henry Mondeaux will play in his place.
