Stephon Gilmore suffered a partial quad tear, which is much better news than a torn ACL. The reports are he’s going to have surgery, which will obviously shut him down for the remainder of the season. He will be ready for next season because it is only a partial tear. New England has already been eliminated out of playoff contention for the first time in almost 20 years.
