Lions running back D'Andre Swift was ruled out for this weekend's NFC North bout with the Vikings. The second-year back suffered an SC joint sprain in his right shoulder on Thanksgiving that will likely keep him out until Week 15. An IR stint, however, is unlikely. Jamaal Williams, who has gained 505 yards from scrimmage for the winless Lions, will start, with rookie Jermar Jefferson stepping into the backup role. With limited receiving options, expect Williams to get a lot of work as a security blanket for Jared Goff.
