Taylor Heinicke has played a good game but was tackled by Jason Pierre-Paul landing on his left shoulder which compressed the end of his collarbone. Heinicke was being evaluated on the sideline before heading inside with the team orthopedists for a evaluation and injection. The reason why we think he can return is it is his non-throwing shoulder, but in the meantime Steve Montez is warming up with Alex Smith already out.
