Taysom Hill Likely To Play Despite Knee Injury

Taysom Hill, the quarterback who does a little bit of everything for New Orleans, has missed the first two days of practice this week. In going back and reviewing the film, we noticed at 7:35 of the first quarter, Hill caught a pass and was tackled down hard on to both knees. He stayed in the game and had a good run, but there were reports of him being checked out in the interim in the blue medical tent. Hill did appear to slightly favor his right knee as he decelerates after going out of bounds. Putting this all together, he appeared to have a minor right knee injury in the form of a traumatic bursitis versus mild PCL. In either case, one has to believe that this is rest ahead of the Sunday divisional round, and we're likely to still see Hill be in the game plan.
