Taysom Hill Practices Fully For First Time Since Week 5 Concussion, On Track To Start Against Falcons

Expected Saints starting quarterback Taysom Hill was a full participant at practice Thursday, putting him on track to clear protocol and appear in their game against the Falcons this Sunday.

Hill has been out since Week 5 with a concussion, finally returning to practice Wednesday.

It could not have come any sooner, as the Saints (5-2) lost starting quarterback Jameis Winston for the season to a torn ACL during last weekend's 36-27 win over NFC South leader Tampa Bay.

In four starts last season, the 31-year-old Hill threw for 928 yards, four touchdowns, and two interceptions with a 72.7% completion rate and a 58.5 QBR, leading the Saints to a 3-1 record.

The Saints are six-point favorites at home, and the over/under is set at 42, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.
