Hollister entered the 2018 season as the Patriots 3rd string tight end but spent part of the season dealing with chest and hamstring issues which resulted in a season ending injured reserve stint. In 2019, the Seahawks activated him from the practice squad and at this point, he seems to be a depth minimum contract signing although he did breakout in his limited time with the Seahawks. He is healthy going into free agency and could be useful to teams rounding out their roster.
