The former longtime Bengal tight end now free agent has quite the injury history which has resulted in many have labeling him injury-prone. He missed essentially the entire 2014 season with an elbow dislocation and from 2016 through 2018 he was only able to suit up for 14 games. Eifert incurred an ankle fracture dislocation and back issues in that span. He was able to play all 16 games last year but his performance was somewhat subpar perhaps due to the talent level of the Bengals rather than his ability. After analyzing his injury history, Eifert does not appear to be injury prone but rather has had a string of bad luck. The big concern is his performance as he heads into his eighth year.
