Teddy Bridgewater is fine, but is likely to miss time. It looked like a mild MCL sprain at the time of the injury, and reports have now confirmed this, adding that an MRI came back negative. This Injury is also not to the knee that derailed his career, so Panthers fans can take a sigh of relief. We've seen passers like Ben Roethlisberger play through injuries like this, but Bridgewater has more of a mobile component to his game. The Panthers have been conservative in dealing with injuries this year, so a week or two of rest is possible. It also helps that head coach Matt Rhule trusts their backup quarterback, as he's been reunited with his prodigy P.J. Walker from Temple.
