Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins and free safety Jessie Bates III have been ruled out for the team's Thursday matchup against the Jaguars. Higgins missed last week with a shoulder injury and didn't have much chance to play this week given the short turn around. We didn't see much on video when the injury happened in Week 2, but we assume he will return to practice next week and have a chance to play Week 5 against the Packers. Bates is dealing with a neck injury he suffered Week 3 and his status for Week 4 is unclear. Cornerback Trae Waynes will make his Bengals debut on Thursday after a hamstring injury kept him out of the team's first two games.
