The 49ers running back left the game in the second quarter with an apparent right elbow injury. His elbow was injured as he tried to stay on his feet. By video, it appears to be a hyperextension elbow injury with some worry for a radial head fracture. He is likely getting X-rays as he was carted off and has now been ruled out for the game.
