Another blow for the beleaguered but somehow productive 49ers offense, as running back Tevin Coleman will miss time with a knee injury suffered Sunday. The 49ers players and staff have continually pointed at the MetLife turf as a source of their many injuries on Sunday, but regardless of cause, the Niners offense is looking thin. Somehow, this team flexed their depth, and put in a 31-13 beatdown of the Jets despite losing two premier defenders, their quarterback and two running backs from their platoon. Jerick McKinnon flashed in lieu of Raheem Mostert, and the load will sit on his shoulders until the backfield is up to full strength.
