Texans' Quarterback Tyrod Taylor Likely To Start Against Dolphins In Return From Hamstring Injury

Houston head coach David Culley told reporters Thursday that quarterback Tyrod Taylor is on track to return from his hamstring injury Sunday to start against the Dolphins. Taylor was injured in Week 2 and has missed six straight games with his hamstring strain. The Texans have lost all six games with backup Davis Mills at the helm. We expect Taylor to be completely healed from his hamstring strain and play with no limitations. However, the Texans may opt to be cautious with the 32-year-old and not call many designed runs for him. The Texans have three starting lineman on IR, hence Taylor will likely have to use his mobility considerably to escape danger. Houston does get a bye in Week 10, then they play the Titans.
