The curious case of Alshon Jeffery and his foot injury continues. Jeffery had offseason Lisfranc surgery and was not put on PUP or injured reserve to start the year and will miss his seventh game this Thursday. It seems his Lisfranc injury is finally improving but he suffered a setback with a mild calf strain. Reports are that he may have a chance to return week 8 but in any case, Jeffrey will not be up there Thursday against the division rival New York Giants.
