Titans third-string tight end MyCole Pruitt suffered a gruesome ankle injury against the Dolphins and left the field on a cart.
By video, Pruitt was engaged in a block when his right leg was rolled up on.
He collapsed with his right foot facing the wrong direction.
Pruitt likely suffered a right ankle fracture dislocation with the bone possibly poking through the skin.
He left the field on a cart and will undergo surgery immediately.
His season is done and he faces long odds to be ready for next season.
