Upon review of more video angles, Steelers pass rusher T.J. Watt appeared to suffer a left knee MCL sprain along with a hip injury in the Steelers Week 10 tie against the Lions. Watt was injured on a third quarter sack of Lions quarterback Jared Goff. He exited the game and did not return. The MCL sprain could easily be a multi-week injury and we are pessimistic that he will be ready for next Sunday's matchup against the Bengals. After the game, head coach Mike Tomlin said Watt will be evaluated for both injuries Monday to determine the severity.
