Todd Gurley, who suffered a knee injury in the Saints’ game, was declared out of Sunday’s game against the Raiders. Brian Hill will be forced into being the team’s lead back against the Raiders. Gurley missed practice all week and obviously has a storied history of knee issues and tendinitis.
